Ride it in four steps

From pickup rack to return dock

Every scooter and e-bike rental in Kyiv follows the same four steps. The whole sequence takes around six minutes from the moment you reach the rack.

  1. 01

    Find your pickup

    Open the pickup locations list and walk to the closest rack. Each pin shows live availability for scooters and e-bikes.

  2. 02

    Unlock the vehicle

    Type the code from your confirmation email on the keypad, then test the brakes and lights before you roll away.

  3. 03

    Ride your route

    Keep to cycle lanes and to the right on shared roads. Helmet rules and speed limits sit on the safety and legal page.

  4. 04

    Return and lock

    Park inside a marked rack, push the lock closed, and wait for the confirmation screen. Rental terms are listed under rental terms.

Deposit, insurance, and rates before you ride

Charges are made in hryvnia at pickup. Euro amounts are a counter-rate reference only. A helmet and one lock are included in every rate.

Terms at a glance

  • A refundable deposit of 1000 UAH (€23) is required at pickup.
  • Basic liability insurance is included; additional coverage available for purchase.
  • Minimum age to rent is 16 for scooters (with parental consent) and 18 for e-bikes.
  • Bring a passport or national ID, plus a driving licence for scooters over 50 cc.
  • Late returns are charged at the hourly rate, rounded up to the next hour.
